Gerina

  Gerina Michelle Piller (born on March 29 in 1986) is an American professional golfer. She is currently playing on the LPGA Tour. After a successful career as an University of Texas El Paso college golfer, she became a pro in the year 2007. Mendoza was an actor on The Big Break, a reality television show that airs on the Golf Channel.



 



 Childhood and professional life



 Gerina Mendoza was born in Roswell, New Mexico. She was a student at Goddard High School, where she won the state golf championship.



 



 In 2003, she was enrolled in the University of Texas at El Paso. She participated in the entire four years of her college and was able to win four tournaments in her senior year. She was named the 2007 Conference USA Individual Champion, Player of the Year, and the UTEP Female Athletics of the Year.
